Licensing

Our terms are simple. Unless otherwise stated, MOST media on our site can be purchased for one (1) affordable price and can be used Royalty-Free for editorial and commercial use indefinitely. Free content, Limited License and Editorial content cannot be used for commercial purposes. By purchasing content from our site, you agree to all terms below. If you disagree with any of the terms please do not use this site.

Use of Photos

Your Jpeg grants you certain licenses to download digital images, video and audio for your personal and professional use. These licenses are:

Editorial license/ Limited license use - For news and magazine works, blogs, small business websites only (1-20 employees)
Commercial license use - For web, print, commercials, product packaging and television

Allowed:

Use of images any way you like that does not conflict with the license that you purchase.

Examples:

Download an image with an Editorial license and use it for a blog post, news or magazine article.

Download an image with a Commercial license and use it on product packaging, products, billboards, printed materials.

Not allowed:

Adult Entertainment/ Pornographic works, products or services
Controversial Heath care topics, medicines or incurable diseases
Personal political campaigns (i.e. for an individual candidate running for office)
Using our images/media as your own
Re-selling our images/ media as your own
Re-selling our images/ media on other stock sites
Using the actual model's name and stating that they "agree with your service"

Use of Photos with Watermarks/ Free Images

YourJpeg grants you a limited license to download all digital images, video and audio and any other media on our site that are high and low resolution or have watermarks. These images include:

All images that contain watermarks
Images with reduced resolutions
Non-Watermarked media with low resolutions
Higher resolution non-watermarked media marked as 'Free'

Allowed:

The use of watermarked images and free images are limited to blogs and online editorial use only. Credit to “Your Jpeg” is also required.
Internal company use is allowed for watermarked and free images. "YourJpeg logo must remain in tact
Free images can be used on product packaging, products, billboards, printed materials Credit to “Your Jpeg” is also required

Not allowed:

You may not distribute, sub license or sell any watermarked/ free media.
Commercial use is not allowed for watermarked images.
Print use is not allowed for watermarked images.
You may not change, crop or remove any visible watermark.
Adult Entertainment/ Pornographic works, products or services are not allowed
Controversial Heath care topics, medicines or incurable diseases are not allowed
Personal political campaigns (i.e. for an individual candidate running for office) are not allowed
Using our images/media as your own
Re-selling our images/ media as your own

Refund policy

The refund policy here supersedes any other refund policy stated on our site. You may ask (in writing) for a refund of your purchase within 7 days from the purchase date. Please note that refunds will only be permitted for subscription users ONLY who have not downloaded any media. There are no refunds for individual media downloads.

If you have downloaded a single piece of media that has technical flaws, please contact us for the following:

A refund in the amount of the cost of that file
A duplicate file in proper format

If you are not able to download a particular piece of media, we will refund the money used to purchase that piece of Media, provided that Your Jpeg determines you have been unable to download the Media successfully.

Downloads will not be refunded if more than 7 days from the download date have passed.

Bundles and Subscriptions

This is a one-person license and can be used only by the account owner for his/ her clients. The license cannot be transferred to another party. If the Media is to be used by more employees, then a company license/subscription must be purchased. For questions or additional permissions contact us in writing at info@yourjpeg.com
